QuickSend provides a person-to-person money transfer service accessible via SMS text messaging and telephone voice calls. The service allows registered users to send money from their linked bank account to another registered user's bank account. All money transfers are processed through our licensed payment processing partner.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use QuickSend. You must have a valid US bank account and a phone number capable of receiving SMS messages or making voice calls. By registering, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
As required by federal law (Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations), we must verify the identity of every user. During registration, you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and your bank account information. This information is used solely for identity verification and payment processing. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot be satisfactorily verified.
A fee of 0.5% of the transfer amount is charged to the sender for each transaction. This fee is added to the transfer amount and deducted from the sender's bank account along with the transfer amount. There are no monthly fees, registration fees, or fees to receive money. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days written notice to all registered users.
Daily transfer limit: $1,000 per day. Monthly transfer limit: $5,000 per month. These limits apply to the total amount sent, not including fees. Limits may be adjusted based on account history and verification status. Contact us to request limit increases.
Transfers are initiated when the sender confirms the transaction via SMS. Funds are transferred via ACH (Automated Clearing House) and typically settle within 1-2 business days. The recipient is notified immediately via SMS, but funds may not appear in their bank account until the transfer settles. If the recipient is not registered, the transfer will be held for up to 14 days. If the recipient does not register within that period, the transfer is canceled and no funds are deducted from the sender.
Once a transfer is confirmed and processing has begun, it cannot be canceled by the sender. If a transfer fails due to insufficient funds or a bank rejection, the sender will be notified and no fee will be charged. If you believe a transfer was made in error or without your authorization, contact us immediately.
QuickSend may not be used for any illegal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose. We monitor transactions as required by law and report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.
By registering for QuickSend, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your account and transfers. These messages include: transfer confirmations, transfer notifications, registration prompts, security alerts, and transaction status updates. Message frequency varies based on usage. Message and data rates may apply depending on your phone plan. You may opt out at any time by texting STOP, but doing so will prevent you from using the service. QuickSend facilitates transfers between bank accounts through licensed payment processors. We are not a bank and do not hold your funds at any point. We are not liable for delays caused by banking systems, ACH processing, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our service is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via SMS to all registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We do not store raw bank account numbers on our servers. All data transmissions are encrypted. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. We maintain a comprehensive information security program in accordance with industry standards.
We share your information only with: our licensed payment processing partner (for the purpose of processing transfers), identity verification services (for KYC compliance), and law enforcement or regulatory agencies (when required by law or to report suspicious activity). When you send money to another user, the recipient will see your name and the transfer amount, but not your bank account details.
We retain your personal information and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, as required by federal regulation (Bank Secrecy Act). You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal retention requirements.
You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of SMS communications (which will disable your account).
